Old World Christmas Ribbon Candy Christmas Ornament

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order or before December 20. (Which ever comes first) Returns and exchanges initiated before this date must be in transit by December 20th of that year to qualify for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original protective packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all returns.

To start a return, you can contact Customer Care through our Contact Us page at the bottom of our website or at customerservice@tinseltraditions.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Here are the return label fees:

You can always contact us for any return question at customerservice@tinseltraditions.com.
