Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States, and standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. In some instances, Express shipping may be available for an additional charge at checkout.


Pre-orders

Pre-orders begin shipping during the timeline set on the product page and allow you to reserve seasonal items in advance. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. You may modify or cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund to your original form of payment. Once your order ships, our standard return policy applies. Pre-order items may ship separately as they become available, and shipping timelines are estimates that may change. If any significant delays occur, we will proactively communicate updates.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, items within the same order may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each shipment as it leaves our warehouse.


Address Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your order prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist. While carrier delays are outside of our control, we will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work quickly to make it right.
